Your Current agent

Did you know its easy to move away?  It should be a case of simply giving notice to your agent, it does not need to be passed on by all owners nor does it have to be discussed at an AGM.  It is the directors decision and only a business to business agreement. 

PBM will provide you with all the documentation and offer step by step guidance in order for you to make that move to Proactive Block Management Ltd

What we will need to see

A copy of your lease (flats) transfer (houses)
A copy of your budget
A copy of year end accounts
Details of your current contract with your managing agent (to establish notice period)

Procedure to switch

Send us the required information
Arrange a meeting with PBM
Set your developments service levels to match your expectations
Agree PBMs fee, in line with service level
Agree management commencement date
Liase with existing Managing Agents for the collection of funds and current paper work
